It was toil and trouble but Chelsea eventually prevailed 1-0 against Roma last night. The Italian team were immensely disappointing - far from going for the win that would have catapulted them into a strong position in the group, they packed 10 men behind the ball for the entire game, and didn't have a single shot on target.
It took an excellent John Terry header from a corner to break the deadlock - but Chelsea always looked calm, and in control.
So - Bet 1 is up.
